Katelyn and Ryan wanted something a little more custom for their wedding invitations than what was available off the shelf or on Etsy. They were getting married in Narragansette, Rhode Island and with the towns heritage and Ryan being an officer in the coast guard it had to have a nautical tone. It was an intimate wedding with a smaller guest and as an artsy person herself she wanted all the pieces to reflect that. After the design was finished we just didn't feel we could get the look we wanted with traditional offset printing so I rented a local studio and screen printed them by hand. They turned out great and the small imperfections in the technique gave the finished pieces that truly hand prepared feel she had described at the start.

This project for was for a Christian School in Virginia that wanted a new logo that could be used for the school itself and also their sports teams. They wanted the graphic to reflect their school mascot the Patriot but also the tradition and beliefs of the school and its supporting church.

In 2008 I designed my own wedding invitations and in the years since I have had the privilege of helping a few more couple bring to life the creative pieces for their big day.

Rachael Morris was an amazing person who I met through a friendship with her brothers Rusty and Benji. Rachael was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis type II in high school and when I first met her she had already lost her hearing and some of her mobility. Even so Rachael was always beaming and full of life and inspired all of us around her to want to live and love life. We began running to raise money for the Children's Tumor Foundation to support NF research and later Rusty started the Rachael Golf Tournament to fund raise as well.

For the last 3 years I have designed the invitation for The Randolph Hospital Foundation's annual Dine Around Event. We developed a theme with a different fruit or vegetable and the associated color as the single color for the piece. I also designed the logo for their newest fundraising event Vintage en Vogue.

CommunityOne became a title sponsor of Appalachian Football from 2010-2013 and during that time we advertised on everything from field signs, billboards and the scoreboard , to full page ads in their program. We did all this under the "Bring Your A Game" slogan with approval from the Appalachian athletic department.

This logo project was for an upstart furniture retailer that offered online sales of reduce priced High Point furniture samples as well as unique eco-friendly furniture.

A local organization that encourage people to get outside be active by hosting monthly hikes and camping trips. We wanted the design to have a bit of a national parks vibe and be adaptable for online usage as well as promo materials (tees, stickers, etc.). The secondary version using the compass / map arrow can be altered to reflect the type of event, whether it be a hike in the mountains or kayaking at the beach. 

Leadership Randolph really wanted their logo to have some element pertaining to light but also their most popular attraction the NC Zoo. After quite a few sketches we were able to come up with the concept of the torch with the flame seamlessly becoming the mane of a lion.
